Water Department
Vallejo-operated drinking water service continues normally. Vallejo's drinking water is high quality and meets or exceeds all safety and regulatory requirements, tested daily. Our water treatment plants are designed to remove and inactivate pathogens including viruses and bacteria. Additionally, we maintain a consistent level of disinfectant in the distribution pipes to ensure the water stays safe as it travels to customer homes and businesses. During these times of concern, your Vallejo drinking water is one less thing to worry about.
For Water Billing, please call (707) 648-4345 or email [email protected]. The City has temporarily suspended charging both commercial and residential water customers a late fee on their past-due water accounts. The City has also temporarily suspended water shutoffs for non-payment of water bills.
To report main breaks or water leaks in the street please call (707) 648-5235.

Public Meetings
More details on the Vallejo City Council meeting is available here. Board and Commission meetings, with the exception of the Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for April 20, are canceled until further notice.
Public Safety
Please remember that 9-1-1 should be utilized for emergency situations only. Emergency lines can be quickly impacted during events like COVID-19. In an effort to protect our Firefighters, Police Officers, and Paramedics, we ask that if anyone calls 9-1-1 for any reason, to inform the 9-1-1 dispatcher if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
"We are looking for voluntary compliance to the "Solano County's Shelter at Home" order," said Police Chief Shawny Williams. "The Police Department is taking a compassionate and common sense approach to educating and encouraging our community to comply with the enforcement of this order. We want our community to know that our priority is responding to emergency calls for service, crimes in progress and protecting their liberties. I am proud of our first responders for their selfless service, commitment and courage as they respond to this pandemic."
