Project Location: The proposed project is located along the eastern right-of-way of Admiral Callaghan Lane south of Turner Parkway and north of Rotary Way on a single parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number 0081-490-010) within the City of Vallejo in Solano County.

Project Description: The proposed project is planned to include a mixture of commercial, residential, recreation, and designated open space. The commercial element would be located in the westerly portion of the proposed project site bounded by Admiral Callaghan Lane to the west, Turner Parkway to the north, Avery Green Honda car dealership and a portion of the Quail Ridge Condominiums to the south, and designated open space to the east as a buffer to the planned residential area. The commercial component proposes 179,688 square feet of retail space, including a 152,138-square foot Costco store, on 21.8 acres. The residential element would be located on the easterly portion of the proposed project site bounded by Turner Parkway to the north, the existing Hunter Ranch residential development to the east, the Quail Ridge condominiums to the south and designated open space to the west as a buffer to the planned commercial area. The residential component consists of 178 single family units on 23.8 acres. A centrally located designated open space area consisting of 5.7 acres would buffered from the residential area by. The proposed project incorporates sidewalks, paseos, and a trail along the open space area. The project applicant is Vallejo-Fairview Developers, LLC.

It can be found in the Document Library below. The review and comment period will extend from Tuesday, October 2, 2018 to Thursday, November 1, 2018.
