Deregistration

The registration requirement for all vacant and foreclosed residential properties continues until the property is legally occupied by permanent tenants, at which time the property owner will notify the Code Enforcement Manager that the property is legally occupied by furnishing proof that the mortgage payments are current with a Notice of Rescission, an executed lease, deed, and/or other proof of legal occupancy.
